If making pasta salad, cook until very al dente; the pasta will then be able to absorb some of the dressing and remain firm.

House – mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, kalamata olives, feta, five herb vinaigrette
Caesar – shaved romaine, parmesan croutons, parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing
Cobb – shaved romaine, bacon, avocado, tomato, blue cheese, egg, sherry wine vinaigrette
Bibb – candy pecans, cranberries, gorgonzola, cranberry poppy seed dressing
Apple – shaved romaine, gorgonzola, spiced walnuts, raisins, apples, apple white balsamic vinaigrette
Red beet – mixed greens, balsamic roasted red beets, oranges, pistachios, goat cheese, raspberry vinaigrette
Soba – bibb lettuce, soba noodles, julienne sno peas and vegetables, coconut peanut dressing, toasted sesame seeds
Nicoise – mixed greens, tomato, egg, green bean, olives, potatoes, truffled sherry wine vinaigrette
Pasta – wheat penne pasta, vegetables, fresh mozzarella, balsamic pesto dressing
Potato – dill, red potato salad, egg
