The STATE STREET GRILL offers plenty of catering menus to choose from. We can cater on premises for up to 150 in house and unlimited off premises.

Chicken sauté. Chicken cutlets sautéed to order with various sauces, choose two. Franchese, marsala, pesto, picatta, Mediterranean vegetables, roasted garlic and sundried tomato, balsamic and caramelized onion.
Mashed potato bar / baked potato bar. Whipped sweet, russet, and purple potatoes or baked sweet, russet, and purple potatoes served with assorted toppings. Butter, sour cream, scallion, bacon, cheddar, green chilies, tomato salsa, jalapenos, goat cheese, brown sugar, pecans, walnuts, cranberry compote, mini marshmallows.
Pasta station choose four pastas and three sauces penne, vermicelli, farfalle, papardelle, spaghetti, spinach fettuccini, gnocchi, gluten free pasta. Tomato sauce, roasted pepper vodka sauce, alfredo sauce, sage brown butter, mushroom brie ragout, lemon tomato ragout.
Potato pancakes sweet potato and russet potato pancakes sautéed to order with assorted toppings. Sour cream, apple sauce, smoked salmon, scallion, chive, bacon, corn relish, dill cream cheese, cranberry compote, toasted walnuts.
Ravioli station choose four raviolis and three sauces four cheese ravioli, sun dried tomato ravioli, mushroom ravioli, lobster ravioli, braised beef ravioli, butternut ravioli, grilled vegetable ravioli, shrimp and vegetable ravioli, sausage and brocolini ravioli. Tomato sauce, roasted pepper vodka sauce, alfredo sauce, sage brown butter, mushroom brie ragout, lemon tomato ragout.
Raw bar assorted seafood presented on ice. Shrimp cocktail, crab cocktail claws, oysters on ½ shell, clams on ½ shell, scallop ceviche, lobster tails. Cocktail sauce, remoulade, dill aioli, lemons. 
Risotto station risotto cooked to order with the options of spinach, tomato, roasted peppers, artichokes, roasted garlic, sweet peas, corn, roasted butternut squash, parmesan cheese, goat cheese, mascarpone cheese, balsamic reduction, truffle oil.
Sautéed shrimp station - shrimp sautéed to order with various sauces, choose two. Pesto and sundried tomato. Garlic and lemon. Ancho chili and lime. Sweet corn and fennel. Honey ginger bar-b-que. Thai chili and peanut. Coconut and lime. 
Stir fry station cooked to order shrimp, beef, and chicken. Assorted vegetables. Rice noodles, jasmine rice, soba noodles. Peanut sauce, teriyaki sauce, red curry sauce.
